IV Annual Meeting of Irish Cytometry Society on the 25-Nov-2008 to 26-Nov-08

The Irish Cytometry Society would like to invite you to the IV Annual Meeting of the Irish Cytometry Society which, in response to the interest received, and experience of previous meetings, will act as a joint meeting of Flow Cytometry, Confocal Microscopy, High Content Screening and related technologies. The meeting should prove an exciting event and an excellent opportunity for all to interact, share your work with colleagues in related fields, and gain awareness of other technologies, methologies, tools, etc.
The meeting will host six top class international guest speakers and there will be promotional stands to inform you of the latest materials, software and technologies available.
In addition, there will be a poster competition, and abstracts may address any aspect relating to the technologies mentioned above. Abstract deadline is 15th September 2008.
24 abstracts will be short-listed and selected as oral presentations for the meeting, and will be published in the international peer-reviewed journal "Cytometry", with a special mention to the three best oral presentations.
Tutorials will be held in the Lecture Theatre of the UCD-Conway Institute of Biomolecular and Biomedical Research.
Due to a high level of corporate sponsorship, registration for the congress is free.
