2008 NCI Summer Curriculum in Cancer Prevention on the 21-Jan-2008
The National Cancer Institute has announced that registration is now open for the 2008 Summer Curriculum in Cancer Prevention! Advance registration is required. The deadline for applications from international participants interested in financial support is 15 February 2008.
The NCI Cancer Prevention Fellowship Program provides postdoctoral training opportunities in cancer prevention and control. The purpose of the program is to train individuals from a multiplicity of health sciences disciplines in the field of cancer prevention and control.
The 2008 Summer Curriculum will include two courses to be held in Rockville, Maryland:
- The Principles and Practice of Cancer Prevention and Control Course (July 7-August 1, 2008)
- The Molecular Prevention Course (August 4-8, 2008)
